Showcase Troubleshooting

Use this article if Showcase products or collections are not behaving as expected.

Showcase Product Is Missing From a Normal Collection

This is expected if the product has the tag:

display:showcase

Array hides showcase products from normal collection grids so they can be displayed in showcase collections instead.

Showcase Product Is Not Appearing in a Showcase Collection

1. Confirm the product is included in the collection.
2. Confirm the product has the display:showcase  tag.
3. Confirm the collection uses the showcase template.
4. Save and refresh the storefront.

Showcase Collection Looks Like a Normal Collection

1. Open the collection in Shopify admin.
2. Check the theme template setting.
3. Choose the showcase collection template.
4. Save.

Enquiry Button Is Missing

1. Open the product template in the theme editor.
2. Open the Product section.
3. Enable Show enquiry button under showcase settings.
4. Add button text.
5. Save.
