Common Setup Issues

Changes Are Not Appearing

  1. Make sure you clicked Save in the theme editor.
  2. Refresh the storefront preview.
  3. Check that you are editing the correct template.
  4. Check whether the same section is shared across multiple templates.
  5. Clear browser cache or test in a private window.

A Section Looks Different on Mobile

  1. Use the mobile preview in the theme editor.
  2. Check mobile-specific padding settings.
  3. Check mobile column settings.
  4. Use images with a clear focal point.

An App Block Is Missing

  1. Check that the app is installed.
  2. Confirm the app supports theme app blocks.
  3. Try adding the block in an Apps section or supported template block area.
  4. Contact the app developer if the block is not available.
