Customer Account Pages

Array works with Shopify customer accounts. Customer account login, orders, profile details, and saved addresses are managed by Shopify.

If your store uses Shopify’s newer customer accounts, these pages are not customized through Array in the same way as standard storefront templates.

Customer Account Sign In

Customers sign in using Shopify’s customer account flow. Depending on your Shopify settings, this can include passwordless sign-in by email verification code, Shop sign-in, or other Shopify-supported sign-in options.

Header Account Icon

Array can show or hide the account icon in the header.

To show the account icon:

  1. Go to Online Store > Themes > Customize.
  2. Open Header.
  3. Enable Show account icon.
  4. Save.

Notes

  • Customer account settings are managed in Shopify admin.
  • Customer account pages are handled by Shopify, not by Array sections and blocks.
  • If the account icon does not appear, check your Shopify customer account settings and the Header account icon setting.
  • Shopify admin, login, customer profile, and account behavior questions should go to Shopify Support.
