Featured Product

Featured product displays a selected product with product-page style blocks.

  1. Add Featured product.
  2. Select a product.
  3. Choose product image ratio and gallery type.
  4. Add or reorder blocks such as Title, Price, Variant picker, Buy buttons, Pickup availability, Description, Text, Custom liquid, and app blocks.
  5. Save.

If the selected product is a showcase product, purchase-related blocks may not display in the same way as standard products.

Section Settings

  • Color scheme: Sets the section background and text colors.
  • Fluid width: Lets the section use a wider layout. Use this when the product media should feel more prominent.
  • Heading: Optional heading above the featured product. Example: Featured product , Now available , or Made to order .
  • Product: The Shopify product shown in this section.
  • Product image ratio: Controls the shape of product media in this section.
  • Enable sticky product information: Keeps the product information area visible while customers scroll through media, where supported.
  • Gallery type: Chooses how product media is displayed. Use Slider for several images, Grid for visual browsing, or Standard for a simpler stacked layout.
  • Enable image zoom: Allows customers to inspect product images more closely.
  • Hide sold-out or unavailable variants: Removes unavailable variant choices from the picker. Use this when you want customers to see only purchasable options.
  • Enable video looping: Replays product videos automatically when they end.

Spacing is controlled using the shared padding settings. See Section Spacing and Padding.

Blocks

  • Title: Shows the product title. Optional settings let you show vendor and breadcrumb.
  • Price: Shows the product price and sale state.
  • Variant picker: Lets customers choose product options. Use buttons for a small number of variants, or dropdowns for longer option lists.
  • Buy buttons: Shows add-to-cart and optional dynamic checkout buttons.
  • Pickup availability: Shows pickup availability when Shopify locations and pickup are configured.
  • Description: Shows the product description from Shopify admin.
  • Divider: Adds separation between content blocks.
  • Text: Adds custom rich text specific to this featured product section.
  • Custom liquid: Adds custom Liquid or app code.
  • App block: Adds content from an installed app.

Tips

  • Use Featured product on the homepage or landing pages for a hero product.
  • Keep the block order similar to the main product page unless you need a simplified layout.
