Contact Form

Contact form adds a customer enquiry form to a page.

Configure Contact Form

1. Add Contact form.
2. Add a heading and content.
3. Choose whether to show the phone number field.
4. Adjust spacing.
5. Save.

Submitted messages are sent according to your Shopify store notification settings.

Section Settings

• Heading: The title shown above the form. Example: Contact us , Enquire about a project , or Visit the showroom .
• Heading tag: Sets the HTML heading level. Use H1 if this is the main heading on the contact page; use H2 or H3 if the form appears below other page content.
• Content: Optional text above the form. Use this to set expectations, such as response time, showroom hours, or what information customers should include.
• Show phone number field: Adds a phone field to the form. Enable this for enquiries where a phone call may be useful; disable it for a shorter, lower-friction form.

Spacing is controlled using the shared padding settings. See Section Spacing and Padding.

Tips

• Add contact details or expected response times in the Content field.
• Disable the phone field if you want a shorter form.
