Array setup checklist

Use this checklist when setting up a new store with Array.

Basic Setup

1. Go to Online Store > Themes.
2. Find Array and click Customize.
3. Open Theme settings.
4. Add your logos under Logo.
5. Set your colors under Colors.
6. Choose heading and body fonts under Typography.
7. Set the site width under Layout.
8. Add social links under Social media.
9. Save your changes.

Header and Footer

1. Open the Header section.
2. Choose your main menu.
3. Set the logo position.
4. Enable search, account, currency, or language selectors if needed.
5. Add a Mega Menu block if you want expanded navigation.
6. Open the Announcement bar and add one or more announcements.
7. Open the Footer and add menu, newsletter, text, image, or app blocks.
8. Save your changes.

Products and Collections

1. Create or import your products.
2. Add product images, variants, prices, descriptions, and inventory.
3. Set up product metafields if you want product image blocks, file downloads, or the Product Showcase section’s product meta table.
4. Create collections.
5. Choose the standard collection template, banner collection template, or showcase collection template.
6. Configure filtering and sorting from the collection template.

Before Publishing

1. Preview the homepage on desktop and mobile.
2. Preview product pages with and without variants.
3. Preview collection pages with filters and sorting.
4. Test search.
5. Add a product to cart and test the cart drawer or cart page.
6. Check the password page if your store is not live yet.
7. Test newsletter and contact forms.
8. Publish the theme when ready.
